The founder is Stephen Jones.
He was born in Cheshire, England, in 1957. He enrolled at Central Saint Martins in 1976.
In 1980, he opened a hat salon in Covent Garden, London.
It quickly grew into a salon frequented by former Princess Diana, rock stars, and other celebrities.
In 2008, he received the British Fashion Council’s Lifetime Achievement Award.
