X-large is a street brand from LA, born as an original brand from X-large STORE, a select store in LA.
It is a new style of extreme street fashion that is a mix of skateboarding, art, music, and other unique cultures.

History of X-large
In 1991, a store was opened on Vermont Avenue in Los Angeles, and from the very beginning of the brand, it attracted the attention of skaters and rappers, becoming a symbol of LA style.
Later, Mike D of the American rock artists Beastie Boys joined the brand.
The following year, in 1992, the American company XLARGE signed a distributorship agreement with the Japanese company B’s International, which led to the opening of the first Japanese store, XLARGE TOKYO, in Harajuku.
After that, many directly-managed stores were opened in Japan as a combination of XLARGE and Xgirl, a women’s line, and the number of select stores carrying the brand spread nationwide.
Since 1996, B’s International Inc. has taken a stake in the company’s American headquarters.
In 1999, B’s International took a stake in the U.S. headquarters, and acquired the trademark rights for X-Girl in 1999, and for XLarge in 2008, making it a Japanese brand.
