History of THE RERACS
THE RERACS brand was launched in 2010.
Designer Naomi Kurahashi was born in Shizuoka Prefecture in 1981.
When he was in high school, he was greatly impressed by the clothes made by Raf Simons (RAF SIMONS), and after graduating from college, he worked at a certain select store.
While working at the select store, I studied patternmaking and textiles.
Then, utilizing his experience at the select store, he started The Lilacs in 2010 with the director, Naoyuki Kurahashi.
In June 2017, they will open “THE RERACS FITTING HOUSE” in Tokyo, a novel style store that only offers fitting.
The brand has attracted a lot of attention, partly because there are only a few stores that originally carried the brand itself.
