History of PHIPPS
Spencer Phipps is the designer of PHIPPS.
He graduated from Parsons College in 2008.
For his graduation project, he used hand-dyed organic cotton and linen fabrics, and since then he has maintained an environmentally conscious style.
He has worked for MARC JACOBS, DRIES VAN NOTEN, and MARC JACOBS.
He has experience in menswear design at “MARC JACOBS” and “DRIES VAN NOTEN,” where he was disappointed by the lack of brands that combined environmental protection and style.
