History of MATTHEW ADAMS DOLAN
The designer is Matthew Adams Dolan.
He graduated from the University of Technology Sydney with a double major in Fashion Textile Design and International Studies.
After attending high school in rural Japan, he studied French-Swiss literature and translation at the University of Lausanne, Switzerland, but developed an interest in quilting and sewing, traditional American crafts in which his mother excelled. This interest evolved into an interest in American style, which he incorporated into his own designs, leading him to decide to further his knowledge at Parsons School of Design, from which he graduated in 2014.
He was also selected as a finalist for the CFDA VOGUE FASHION FUND and LVMH Young Fashion Designer in 2018.
