History of Toga
Toga was founded by Yasuko Furuta in 1997.
The company has been presenting its collections in an exhibition format since the spring/summer of 1999, and has participated in the Tokyo Collections since 2001, the year the company was established.
In 2001, when the company was established, it participated in the Tokyo Collection, and from the 2006 Spring/Summer season, it entered the Paris Collection.
In 2010, the company began developing a new line called “Odds & Ends,” which focuses on remaking used clothes and collaborative items.
In 2015, the brand moved to London, where it continues to present its collections to this day.
From the Spring/Summer 2015 collection, TOGA launched its first bag collection with a theme linked to the main line, and has become loved as a total brand.
TOGA will celebrate the 20th anniversary of its brand in 2017, and will attract more and more attention in the future.
