History of amachi.
amachi. was founded in 2016 by Amachi Yoshimoto (吉本天地).
Amachi Yoshimoto was born in 1993 in Elk Valley, deep in the mountains of California, USA.
He spent his childhood with his musician parents.
In 2000, he moved to Japan with his family.
After graduating from high school, he gained experience as a patterner and brand manager for a number of brands.
In 2016, he established his own brand amachi.
In 2017, he launched his first collection and from 2018SS Collection, which is his second season, his brand’s
activities have been selected for a Japanese government subsidy project. We are strengthening our efforts with
domestic production backgrounds to produce our collections.
