What is ALIITA?
ALIITA is an Italian jewelry brand designed by Cynthia Vilchez Castiglioni.
Its signature is a cast of motifs drawn from daily life — houses, envelopes, buckets, snorkels — alongside
creatures such as dinosaurs, sharks and bees. The brand describes its concept as “a relaxed lifestyle and a
beauty that is loved beyond its time.”
Each piece is made from 9K yellow gold and natural stones, handcrafted one by one in Italy. Every design is
given its own name in Spanish, another touch that is unmistakably ALIITA.

History of ALIITA
Designer Cynthia Vilchez Castiglioni comes from the state of Zulia in Venezuela. After studying fashion
marketing at Istituto Europeo di Design in Milan, she built her experience at Vionnet, Miu Miu and Jil
Sander.
Following the birth of her child, she launched ALIITA in Milan in 2015. The brand’s name comes from a word
meaning “something precious” in Wayuu, the language of the indigenous Guajiro people of Venezuela.
